Executed for our client, LogiPoint, this expansive project involved the turnkey construction of 72,000 m² of high-specification, Grade A warehousing facilities, strengthening the Kingdom’s regional distribution network.
This development serves as a critical logistics hub, encompassing both versatile multi-tenant spaces and specialized built-to-suit assets, including the recently inaugurated Aramex facility.
Technical Scope and Scale
The Warehouse Village 5 project demonstrates OCC Weavers’ capability to manage massive logistical footprints while meeting the exacting standards required by global providers. The project’s technical highlights include:
- Integrated Logistics Hub: A total built-up area of 72,000 m² designed for high-efficiency storage, sorting, and distribution.
- Specialized Built-to-Suit Facilities: The delivery of a state-of-the-art 20,000 m² center for Aramex, engineered with precision flooring and advanced electrical grids to support automated sorting robotics.
- Versatile Grade A Warehousing: Flexible industrial spaces equipped with high-clearance ceilings and modern fire-suppression systems, designed to accommodate a diverse range of cargo and logistical requirements.
- Strategic Port Integration: Situated within the LogiPoint Bonded and Re-export Zone, the facility is optimized for seamless connectivity between maritime trade routes and domestic distribution networks.
