This contract represents an expansive engineering and finishing undertaking for one of Jeddah’s largest multi-use developments, covering an extensive total built-up area of 124,000 square meters.
As a proud Saudi business and a First-Class Ranked Contractor, OCC Weavers will manage the high-specification electromechanical (MEP) works and the installation of the sophisticated external facades across the entire multiplex.
Engineering the Future of Jeddah’s Skyline
The Delta Complex is a monumental addition to the Kingdom’s hospitality and commercial sectors. Located at the prime intersection of King Abdulaziz Road and Al-Salam Road, the project spans a 27,000 m² land area and involves the simultaneous delivery of four major components, each featuring world-class amenities:
- Delta Marriott Hotel: A luxury hospitality tower featuring 181 rooms and 25 premium suites.
Amenities include a signature Saray Spa, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a rooftop infinity pool. The hotel also features multiple high-end dining venues and executive lounges.
Marriott Hotel Apartments: An eight-story residential structure comprising 100 high-end hotel apartments.
These units offer residents access to a dedicated gym, kid's club, and a private residential pool, combining the comfort of home with Marriott’s 5-star service.
Grand Events Hall: An expansive 3,000 m² venue with the capacity to accommodate 1,500 guests.
This space is engineered for international conferences, gala dinners, and exhibitions, supported by advanced audiovisual systems and industrial-scale catering kitchens.
- Administrative Headquarters: A state-of-the-art office building designed for top-tier corporate operations, featuring smart building technology, high-speed fiber optics, and premium lobby facilities.
