OCC Weavers is pleased to announce the successful completion and official handover of the National Commercial Bank Data Center and Archive facility in King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC).
This sophisticated development marks a major milestone in the delivery of high-security, high-availability infrastructure for one of the Kingdom’s premier financial institutions, meeting the most stringent global standards for data reliability and fault tolerance.
Technical Excellence in Mission-Critical Infrastructure
The facility is a Tier IV state-of-the-art Data Center, engineered for zero downtime and maximum security. Occupying a total area of approximately 20,000 square meters, the project involved the turnkey construction of a multi-building complex designed to support critical financial operations and high-density record management.

- Tier IV Data Center: A highly resilient facility providing the highest level of redundancy for banking data systems and uninterrupted power supply.
- Archive & Shelving System Buildings: Purpose-built structures featuring specialized shelving systems for secure, high-capacity physical record storage and management.
- Comprehensive Site Works: Delivery of all supporting infrastructure, security perimeters, and specialized external facilities.
- Advanced Engineering: The project required the seamless integration of heavy-duty industrial civil works with intricate Electromechanical (E/M) systems, ensuring all environmental and power redundancies were executed to exacting quality and safety standards.
