Spanning a total built-up area of over 21,000 square meters, the facility was engineered to meet the highest global standards for sales and after-sales service. OCC Weavers managed the complex turnkey delivery, ensuring every architectural detail aligned with the "Sensual Purity" design language of the Mercedes-Benz brand.

- Capacity-Driven Showroom: A sprawling two-floor display area designed to showcase more than 30 vehicles simultaneously.
- Luxury Tiers & VIP Experience: A dedicated upper floor for the Mercedes-Maybach, G-Class, and AMG portfolios, featuring exclusive customer lounges.
- Integrated Technical Hub: A state-of-the-art 2,700 m² maintenance center equipped with over 35 car lifts to serve high volumes of customers with precision.
- Sustainable Infrastructure: Four specialized vehicle delivery areas fully integrated with electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, supporting the Kingdom’s transition to green energy.
