Located on the Northern Ring Road in the Alghadir District, the facility is designed to be the largest of its kind in the Kingdom, requiring precision engineering and a specialized approach to turnkey delivery.

With a total built-up area exceeding 21,000 m², the project highlights OCC Weavers’ ability to manage complex, multi-functional sites. The scope encompasses sophisticated structural works, high-end interior finishing, and the integration of advanced mechanical and electrical systems.

Specialized Zones: Dedicated structural tiers for Mercedes-Maybach, G-Class, and AMG, including premium lounge areas.
Integrated Service Infrastructure: A 2,700 m² technical hub featuring 35 car lifts and specialized maintenance bays.
Next-Gen Utilities: Seamless integration of EV charging stations across four specialized delivery zones.
